IndiStamp is a product of Silicon Gorge Apps Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales. We operate the IndiStamp mobile application and website at indistamp.com.

2. What data we collect
We collect the minimum data necessary to provide the IndiStamp service:
- Consumers: your mobile phone number, used to create and identify your account.
- Consumers (optional): your email address, and your name, if you choose to share it with us.
- Vendors: your business name, contact details, and billing information for subscription management.
- Usage data: stamps issued, cards completed, and referrals made — anonymized and aggregated to power vendor dashboards and analytics.
- Referral contacts: when you choose to refer a friend or contact to a store, we collect the mobile phone number you provide for that contact. This is used solely to process and attribute the referral. The contact's number is stored as a one-way cryptographic hash — meaning it cannot be read or reversed by anyone, including us. It is not shared with any third party, including the vendor.
3. What we do not do with your data
We do not sell, share, or rent your personal data to any third party for marketing purposes. We do not use your data to build advertising profiles. We do not share consumer data with vendors beyond what you explicitly consent to.
4. How we use your data
We use your data to:
- Operate and improve the IndiStamp service
- Process stamp transactions and referrals, including storing referred contacts' phone numbers to attribute successful referrals
- Send you transactional notifications (e.g. stamp confirmations)
- Manage vendor billing and subscriptions
- Comply with our legal obligations
App users - only with your express consent might vendors from whom you have purchased products or services use your data to:
- Send you promotional offers or updates about their products and services
You will be able to remove any prior-given consent at any time in the app or in an email communication.
5. Data retention
We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as required by law. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us.
6. Your rights
