Terms & Conditions — App User

1. About these terms

These terms govern your use of the IndiStamp mobile application ("the App") as a consumer. By creating an account and using the App you agree to these terms. The App is provided by Silicon Gorge Apps Ltd ("IndiStamp", "we", "us").

2. Device requirements

To use the App you will need:

  • A smartphone running iOS 14 or later, or Android 8.0 or later
  • NFC (Near Field Communication) capability — required to collect stamps in-store
  • An internet connection — required for account creation, referrals, and syncing your stamps. NFC stamp collection works offline and will sync once you are back online

IndiStamp is not responsible if the App cannot be used because your device does not meet these requirements.

3. Your account

You register using your mobile phone number. You are responsible for keeping your account secure. One account per person.

4. Collecting stamps

Stamps are issued by participating independent businesses via NFC tap. The number of stamps required to earn a reward and the nature of the reward are set entirely by the individual business. IndiStamp is not responsible for the fulfilment of rewards — these are the sole responsibility of the participating vendor.

5. Referrals

You may refer friends to participating businesses. When a referred friend logs into the App you will each receive the reward stamps specified by the vendor. Stamps have no cash value and cannot be transferred or exchanged.

6. Stamp validity

Stamps and rewards are subject to the terms set by the issuing business. IndiStamp does not guarantee the availability of rewards. Businesses may change or discontinue their loyalty programme at any time.

7. Acceptable use

You must not attempt to fraudulently obtain stamps, abuse the referral system, reverse-engineer the App, or use the App in any way that is unlawful or harmful to others. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms.

8. App availability

We aim to keep the App available at all times but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. We may update, suspend, or discontinue features at any time, with or without notice.

9. Intellectual property

All content, trademarks, and software in the App are owned by or licensed to Silicon Gorge Apps Ltd. You may not reproduce or distribute any part of the App without our permission.

10. Limitation of liability

IndiStamp is a platform connecting consumers and independent businesses. We are not liable for the actions or omissions of participating businesses, including their failure to honour rewards.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. Continued use of the App after changes are published constitutes acceptance. We will notify you of material changes via the App.
