We're Ed and Krystyna, the founders of IndiStamp — and we are thrilled to welcome you to our brand new blog.
IndiStamp was born out of a frustration we shared with a lot of people: the high street is becoming a parade of the same big brands, the same bland cafés, the same identikit shops. We wanted to do something about it.
Why we built IndiStamp
Independent businesses are the lifeblood of their communities. The independent café that knows your name. The bookshop that actually recommends books rather than just pushing bestsellers. The local gym where the instructor remembers you had a bad week.
These places deserve better tools — tools that help them grow, reward loyal customers, and get discovered by people who care about where they spend their money.
So we built IndiStamp.
What IndiStamp does
IndiStamp gives UK independent businesses a digital loyalty stamp card — free, with no lock-in contracts and no big-brand exclusions. Customers collect stamps at participating businesses and earn rewards. But it goes further than that:
- Referrals: happy customers can refer their friends, spreading the word organically
- Performance insights: vendors on our Growth plan get analytics on customer behaviour, retention and more
- Discovery: as our network grows, customers find new independent businesses in places they visit
